  1. Pour three tablespoons of water into the pan, cover them with berries. Warm everything together for a few minutes.
  2. Next, squeeze the juice out of the berry. For these purposes, you can use a sieve or a juicer.
  3. Pour the berry crumble with two liters of water. Boil after boiling for about five minutes. Then add sugar, stir.
  4. Take a container, pour 150 ml of water into it. Dissolve the starch in the liquid, mix. After that, add to the main mass. Heat the composition, but do not boil.
  5. Next, remove the composition from the fire, add the previously squeezed juice. Cool the resulting jelly from cranberries and starch. Serve in portions!

For cooking you will need:

  • a glass of cranberries and the same amount of sugar;
  • one and a half liters of water;

Cooking jelly at home

  1. First of all, wash and dry the fruits. Grind the berries with sugar, strain through a sieve to separate the juice. You will need it later.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. After that, throw in the cranberry cake. Let it boil, wait about five minutes. Then remove the broth from the fire, let it cool for about half an hour. During this time, the drink will infuse.
  3. In a blender, grind the grains, throw into a liter of boiling water. Boil for about fifteen minutes. During this time it should thickenwater.
  4. When the flax jelly is ready, pour the decoction into it (already, of course, without cake) and cranberry juice. If you wish, you can throw in the same ginger or cinnamon.
  5. It is best to consume cranberry jelly warm. Remember that such a drink is brewed with flaxseeds, so it will quickly deteriorate. It should be boiled as much as you can use at a time.

The third recipe. Blackcurrant and cranberry jelly

This drink perfectly refreshes in the heat, quenches thirst. In addition to taste, I would like to say that the drink contains many vitamins and minerals.

To prepare jelly from cranberries and berries you will need:

  • 75 grams of potato starch;
  • 300 grams of cranberries;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 100 grams of lingonberries and so many blackcurrants.

Preparing a drink

  1. First, rinse the berries, dry them.
  2. Grate the fruits through a colander.
  3. After the squeezed juice, leave it alone.
  4. Pour the berry cake into hot water (it will take about three liters of water). Simmer for about ten to fifteen minutes.
  5. Further, the broth is filtered. At the same time, squeeze the cake well, which is then thrown out.
  6. Set aside one glass of broth separately, put the rest on the fire, add sugar there, boil.
  7. Dissolve the starch in the remaining broth. Stir thoroughly.
  8. When the broth boils on the stove, pour in the berry juice. Boil a little.
