- 700g fat sour cream;
- 500g cherries;
- 200 g of sand.
To decorate the dessert:
- 50g dark chocolate;
- 100g walnuts.
How to:
- Sift flour.
- Cut the butter into pieces, put in a small saucepan, put on low heat and melt with stirring. Then remove from the stove to cool.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a mixer.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar to the eggs and beat for about 5 minutes at high speed to get a fluffy mass.
- Pour sour cream into the cooled butter, mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add soda to the mixture of butter and sour cream, mix.
- Gradually pour sour cream into the egg mass and beat until smooth.
- Continuing to beat, add flour. You should get a homogeneous dough.
- It needs to be divided into 2 parts, pour cocoa powder into one and mix, add two tablespoons of flour to the other (light) and mix too. If desired, you can make all the cakes chocolate.
- For baking, you will need two molds of the same diameter. They need to be greased with oil, sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Put the dough into molds and bake in the oven at t 200 degrees until cooked - about half an hour.
- When the cakes are baked, remove them from the mold, cover with a thin towel and leave for 20 minutes. Remove the towel and let cool.
Preparing cream:
- Put thick fat sour cream into a suitable container, pour sugar into it.
- Beat the cream with a mixer at a low speed so that all the grains dissolve and a smooth homogeneous mass is obtained.
Cake assembly:
- Cold cakes cut into 2parts to make four - two white and two black.
- Wash the cherries, remove the pits, put in a colander and let the excess juice drain.
- Put the chocolate cake on a dish, brush with cream, then put a layer of cherries, cream on it.
- Cover the layer with white cake, apply cream, then put cherries and cream again.
- Collect the whole cake in this way and grease the top light cake and sides with the remaining cream.
- Sprinkle the cake with chopped and toasted walnuts and refrigerate for six hours.
- Remove the cake from the refrigerator, melt the chocolate and decorate the surface of the dessert with it. To harden the chocolate, put it in the refrigerator for another ten minutes.

- 250 g cottage cheese;
- 200 g sour cream;

- a pinch of vanillin;
- two eggs;
- 30g sl. oil;
- a teaspoon of baking powder;
- 150g sugar;
- mug of wheat flour;
- semolina;
- 200g fresh raspberries.
How to:
- Mix 125g cottage cheese with 75g sugar and grind.
- Melt butter, warm milk.
- Combine the curd mass, butter, milk and mix. Add flour and baking powder, mix and beat.
- Lubricate the mold, sprinkle with semolina, pour out the dough.
- Mix the remaining sugar (75 g) with eggs, add vanillin, sour cream, cottage cheese and a spoonful of flour. Mix well, beat.
