The fact is that the main ingredient for such a pie is not flour, but semolina. Easy to prepare and very tasty, many modern housewives liked it. How to bake mannik? Mannik with sour cream

Many experts advise making mannik on kefir. The use of such a fermented milk product as the basis excludes the use of soda. The dough rises quickly and bakes well. - 300 grams of semolina;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 1 glass of kefir (any fat);
- 2 cups grated pumpkin pulp;

- First, semolina must be mixed with sugar in a deep bowl.
- Pour in the same kefir.

- Bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
- Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
- Ready mannik to get out of the oven.
- Pour hot milk over it. After 3-5 minutes, it will be absorbed.
Mannik in the oven will turn out juicy, soft and very fragrant.
Mannik in the microwave oven
Some housewives are sure that voluminous pastries are obtained only in the oven. But it is not so. For example, in the microwave, you can also cook a delicious and rather lush mannik. And it does it much faster. For work, it is better to take the following set of products:
- 1 glass of sugar, milk (or kefir) and semolina;
- ½ packs of margarine;
- 130 grams of flour;
- 2 raw eggs;
- a little vanillasugar;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder.
Cook the dish using the following technology:
- Pour semolina into a deep bowl, pour milk over it and leave in this position for at least one hour.
- After the specified time, add all other ingredients at once. Mix well. The mass should be as homogeneous as possible.
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 600W.
Both in taste and appearance, such a ruddy, appetizing and lush mannik is in no way inferior to the one that was cooked in the oven.

- 1 glass of water, semolina, wheat flour and sugar each;
- one and a half teaspoons of baking powder;
- 10 grams of vanillin;
- 45 grams of cocoa powder;
- 50 grams of refined sunflower oil.
Cooking sequence:
- First mix the semolina in a deep bowl with sugar and vanilla, and then pour it with water and leave to swell for 1-2 hours.
- Pour in the same oil. Mix the products with a whisk so that the mass is homogeneous.
- Pour cocoa into the dough and the flour sifted in advance, mixed with baking powder.
- It is good to process the shape from the inside with oil.
- Put the dough into it. It should be thick, but still drip off the spoon.
- Put the mold in the oven and bake the dough for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
Before you get this simple mannik, you must check its readiness with a match (or a wooden toothpick). The biscuit should stand in the form for about 10 minutes. Only after that it can be freely removed from it. The cake turns out fluffy and very beautiful. In appearance, no one will even guess what ingredients it was made from.
Classic
However, it is believed that the most delicious is the classic mannik with milk. As a rule, it is prepared without flour and has an original crumbly structure. For its preparation you will need:
- 1 glass of milk and semolina each;
- 12 grams of soda;
- 25 grams of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 15 grams breadcrumbs;
- ½ teaspoon of any fat (for greasing).
The method of preparing such a manna:
- Eggs mix well with a whisk. At the same time, you do not need to beat them.
- Pour preheated milk into the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Add semolina with soda. Here for mixing it is better to take a mixer. After that, the mass should “rest” for about 30 minutes. During this time, the cereal will have time a littleswell.
- Grease the mold and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Put the finished dough into it.
- Bake it for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Slightly cooled mannik can be sprinkled with powder or coconut flakes. It turns out not very voluminous, but quite tasty.

Each housewife has her own idea of homemade cakes. Some people like the classic options, while others prefer to make their own changes to them. - 2 eggs;
- 1 glass of sugar, semolina and curdled milk each;
- 12 grams of soda;
- 50 grams of sunflower oil;
- 60g flour (plus 10g more for dusting);
- 250 grams assorted berries and fruits (apples, plums, pears and others).
To prepare stuffed manna you need:
- Pour semolina into a deep plate, pour yogurt, mix and set aside. Croup needs time to absorb moisture.
- Separately beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
- Continuing stirring, add flour and soda to them.
- Wash fruits and berries, de-pit them and cut into small pieces.
- Add swollen groats to eggs with flour and mix well.
