Next, you need to prepare two detachable forms with a non-stick coating, 28 cm in diameter. Lubricate the inside of the bottom and walls well with softened butter and lay parchment on top. Fill the forms with the prepared dough in equal proportions and place in the oven for baking, which has heated up to 180 degrees during the preparation of the dough. After 25–30 minutes, make sure that the cakes are ready and take the molds out of the oven.

Do not rush to immediately remove hot biscuit cakes from the molds. This can only be done in fifteen minutes. Then let cool completely on a wire rack and carefully cut each cake into two parts with a long sharp knife.

Now we need to start preparing the cream. To do this, put the curd cream in a deep container and cover it with powdered sugar. Beat the cream with a mixeruntil fluffy and, without interrupting the process, add cream. Beat cream cheese until thick.

After preparing the cakes and cream, it remains to prepare the berries and fruits:

  • Open canned peaches, drain and cut into slices.
  • Peel the bananas from the peel and cut them crosswise into circles.
  • Peel the skin off the kiwi and also cut into circles.
  • Rinse the strawberries, remove the tails and chop it.
