Starting with the classic recipe for vegetable stew, let's move on to a less traditional way of preparing this dish - vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat and beer. We start with chopped lamb (500 grams) and chopped onions (2 pieces).
Put the food in hot oil and fry for 10 minutes, setting the "Multi-cook" mode (temperature - 180 degrees). Now lay the finely chopped vegetables and herbs:
- potatoes (6 pieces);
- celery (4 stalks);
- carrots (2 pieces);
- garlic (3-4 cloves);
- rosemary (1 sprig).
Add s alt and peppercorns to taste. Mix the stew and pour in 500 ml of unfiltered beer. Vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat leave to cook for 2 hours at a temperature of 120 degrees.
Turkey meat stew
