To obtain it, grated Parmesan, anchovies, Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, 2 tbsp are mixed in a deep container. l. olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. All this is whipped with a mixer and divided in half. Thin onion half rings are pickled in one of the parts, the other is put in the refrigerator.
Tomato quarters, avocado slices and shrimp fried in the remaining oil with rosemary and spices are mixed in a large bowl. All this is spread on lettuce leaves, covered with pickled onions and poured with chilled dressing. Sprinkle with croutons just before eating.
With tomatoes and onions

- 500g king prawns.

- 350g shelled mussels.
- 350 g shrimp (preferably large).
- 4 selected eggs.
- 100g corn (canned).
- 2 medium cucumbers.
- 100 g mayonnaise.
- Small red onion.
- 2 glasses of dry white wine.
- Juice of half a lemon.
- Lavrushka, s alt, allspice and ground pepper.
Wine is poured into a pan, combined with spices and brought to a boil. As soon as it begins to boil, seafood is poured into it and simmered over low heat for no longer than three minutes. - 300 g shrimp (preferably large).
- 500 g fresh champignons.
- 4 selected eggs.
- Sweet pepper.
- Garlic.
- Refined oil, s alt and fruit vinegar.
At the bottom of a suitable flat plate lay out plates of fried champignons. Strips of sweet pepper, chopped boiled eggs and pre-cooked shrimp are distributed on top. The finished dish is poured with a sauce made from s alt, crushed garlic, refined oil and fruit vinegar.

- 500 g potatoes.
- 400g peeled shrimp.

- 6 celery stalks.

You need to start cooking this dish with the processing of potatoes. It is washed, dried, s alted, rubbed with olive oil and wrapped in foil.
