It is with this noodles that salmon pasta turns out tender, juicy and fragrant. It cooks quickly and goes well with a creamy sauce. It also contains the minimum number of calories. Required Components:

- Fettuccine noodles - 200 grams;

- heavy cream (about 300 grams);

- salmon, frozen, fresh or slightly s alted - 300 grams;

- butter 50 grams;

- head of onion;

- garlic (two cloves);

- cilantro, basil;

- s alt, pepper;

- pinch of oregano.

Pour cold water into a large saucepan (per 100 grams of pasta - a liter), add s alt to taste and put on medium heat. Pour pasta into boiling water, stir for two minutes and leave to cook until al dente (about 10 minutes - see package instructions).

While our pasta is boiling, let's take care of the fish. If you have it frozen, then it must be thawed in advance. It is better to take lightly s alted or fresh salmon, which will need to be cut into small plates.

Send the butter to the pan, put the chopped onion in the same place - fry until golden brown. Pour onion with cream and mix well. Next, add fish, pepper, s alt, garlic and oregano to this creamy onion mixture - simmer over low heat for no more than five minutes.

Put the finished noodles in a deep plate, put the fish in sauce on top of it, decorate it all with green sprigs - cilantro and basil. Pasta in a creamy sauce is completely ready to eat. It is better to eat it hot. Bon appetit!
