You need to take the following products:
- three hundred grams of fat sour cream;
- half a kilo of peeled frozen shrimp;
- a few garlic cloves;
- a couple tablespoons of olive oil;
- sprig of fresh basil (can be replaced with a teaspoon of dry);
- a pinch of s alt - better use sea s alt;
- half a kilo of any pasta.
Description of the preparation of the dish
First of all, you need to boil the pasta. For this, in advanceBoil water in a saucepan and add pasta to it. Boil no more than 8 minutes. The pasta should turn out a little undercooked or, as they say, “al dente”. Drain in a colander.
In the next step, peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible in random order.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic. Fry it for no more than a minute so that it starts up the juice. After it must be removed from the pan. Otherwise, it will burn and give a bitter taste to the whole dish.
The shrimps should be thawed and fried in olive oil in a high-sided frying pan.
Meanwhile, pour sour cream into a frying pan with fragrant olive oil, s alt. Add finely chopped basil to it. Keep the mixture on low heat until it thickens. Don't forget to stir occasionally.
At this stage, lightly fried shrimp can be sent to sour cream sauce. Simmer for no more than three minutes, otherwise the seafood may become tough.
After you turn off the heat, you can safely put the pasta in the pan.
