Proceedings
In the water, the amount of which is indicated in the recipe, brew tea. Let it brew, then strain and let cool completely. Add baking powder to flour and sift dry ingredients together.
Pour vegetable oil into a deep container and send sugar to it. Carefully grind the products with a whisk or mixer. Then add the prepared jam here and mix well again.
Now it's the turn of the brewed tea, sifted flour mixture and vanillin. All this must be mixed as thoroughly as possible. ATas a result, you should get a rather viscous, thick dough, like for a traditional charlotte: its consistency resembles homemade sour cream.
Rinse and peel the apples. Then cut the fruit into thin slices, leaving the core with the seeds intact.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with a handful of flour and place apple slices on the bottom. Now just pour the dough into it and send it all into a hot oven. Lean charlotte should be baked for about half an hour at 180 degrees. The readiness of the pie can be determined visually - by a ruddy appetizing crust. Vegetarian charlotte with honey
