Chocolate-orange cake we will cook like this:
- First take care of the biscuit. To do this, mix the yolks, slaked soda, sugar and sour cream. Sift flour with cocoa through a sieve and combine the products in a deep bowl. Put the dough into the mold and bake it until done. Cool the biscuit on a wire rack.
- Next, you need to prepare the side. Beat 80 grams of sugar and soft butter with a mixer. Whisking constantly, add the egg whites. Gradually add cocoa products and 80 grams of flour to the products. Spread the resulting dough evenly on parchment, andthen make an arbitrary pattern on it with your fingers. Send the workpiece to the refrigerator and wait until the dough hardens (it will take about half an hour).
- Beat the remaining sugar with a whole egg, warm milk and vegetable oil. Pour baking powder, zest to taste and the remaining flour (30 grams) to the products. You should have a fairly liquid dough. Pour it over the chocolate base, which by this time has had time to harden. Immediately place the parchment in the oven and bake the cake rim until done. When the workpiece has cooled slightly, turn it over on a flat surface and carefully remove the paper. After that, cut the edges with a knife so that the height of the side is about eight centimeters and the length is 30 centimeters.
- The next step is to prepare the curd cream. First, soak the gelatin in cold water. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, and then beat it with sour cream, sugar and juice. Send the cream to the refrigerator. Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave and combine with the chilled curd mass. All you have to do is beat the cream with a mixer and wait until it thickens.
- Dilute dry jelly in 250 ml of hot water and then cool it.
- Cut the biscuit lengthwise into two pieces. Put one on the bottom of the form and set the side. Put half of the cream on the base, then put the second part of the biscuit and the remaining curd mass. Lay the orange slices on the surface and fill them with jelly.
