Fried oyster mushroom with onions
For cooking you will need 0.5 kg of mushrooms, chopped parsley and dill, 2 onions, pepper, s alt, and sunflower oil for frying mushrooms. Since fried oyster mushrooms, the recipe with a photo of which is presented here, are a very delicate product, you should not boil them before frying. They must be thoroughly washed so that sand and other impurities do not come across, dried on a paper towel and cut into strips (1 cm wide). Onions are chopped in half rings andfried in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Chopped mushrooms are added to the browned onions, and they are fried for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Fried oyster mushroom has one feature: with prolonged heat treatment, it becomes "rubber". That is why it is necessary to constantly taste mushrooms during cooking.
At the end of cooking, fried oyster mushroom is seasoned with pepper and s alt, and after turning it off, sprinkle with herbs. Such mushrooms are not only an excellent side dish, but also a full-fledged independent dish.
Fried oyster mushrooms with salad
Washed and chopped mushrooms must be dried on a paper towel. In a wide heated frying pan for 4 tbsp. l. olive oil fry 0.5 kg of oyster mushrooms. After the entire mass of the liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated, they are removed from the stove and laid out in a separate bowl. Before the end of cooking, the dish is peppered and s alted (to taste). The onion, peeled and cut into half rings, is mixed with pieces of lettuce leaves. They are added to fried mushrooms. The remains of olive oil, on which fried oyster mushrooms were cooked, are mixed with balsamic vinegar. Mushrooms and lettuce are poured with this dressing.
Oyster mushrooms in sour cream
Practically everyone knows that most types of mushrooms cooked in creamy sauces are extremely tasty. So oyster mushrooms fried with sour cream are an exceptionally tasty and very nutritious dish. For their preparation, the following products are needed: 0,5 kg of peeled and chopped mushrooms, 2 tbsp. l. butter, 2 onions, 150 g sour cream (20% fat), ground pepper, s alt. Dill lovers can use this spicy herb.
Cooking technology: pour chopped mushrooms with boiling water, peel the onion, cut into half rings. Melt butter in a frying pan. On it, you should lightly fry the onion, then you need to add oyster mushrooms and a little water to it. S alt and pepper the dish. Stew mushrooms for about 0.5 hours. After that, it is seasoned with sour cream and cooked for another 10 minutes. Chopped dill greens are added after removing the oyster mushrooms from the fire.
