Beat the yolks with three tablespoons of powdered sugar and warm, whisking, in a water bath for about five minutes, then continue whipping, cooling the future cream. Mix the lush mass that turned out in the process with a package of mascarpone cheese (250 grams) until smooth. Beat the cooled proteins with two tablespoons of powdered sugar into a strong foam and carefully mix in the yolk-cheese mass. In the form, cover the bottom with a layer of cream, then with savoiardi biscuits dipped in coffee. More cream, more cookies, layer by layer. The last should be a cream that needs to be sprinkled with cocoa powder through a strainer. The dessert should soak for at least four hours in the refrigerator. But the best thing is to leave it there overnight.
Cake without baking savoiardi without eggs
Instead of eggs, you will need a glass of cream with at least 30% fat or also a cream thickener. In addition, a glass of strong natural and already chilled coffee with a spoonful of liquor, 250 grams of savoiardi biscuits and mascarpone cheese, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, cocoa powder. Whip the cream and powdered sugar, add cheese to the already thick mixture and bring the cream to a homogeneous state. Assemble the cake: a thin layer of cream, a layer dipped in coffeecookies, again a thin layer of cream, more cookies and cream at last. Sprinkle with cocoa, cover the form. Savoiardi cake without baking is almost ready. After it is well soaked in the refrigerator, you can feast on it.
Sour Cream Strawberry No-Bake Cookie Cake
You can use a wide variety of fruits for this cake: bananas, grapes, even apples. Berries are very good, especially raspberries, blackberries, it also turns out well with kiwi. Beat cold sour cream with sugar until it dissolves, add gelatin and mix well. Place coarsely chopped strawberries and pieces of biscuit in layers in a mold, pour over sour cream, cover and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until it hardens. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
