Nowadays, pies are one of the favorite dishes. Just imagine: a hot delicacy wrapped in a wonderful aroma … And, of course, do not forget about the role of the filling in pies. Meat and cheese are the favorite products of many, which we combine today in our culinary masterpieces. Let's start with the following recipe: cheese and sausage pie. To prepare the dish, we need the following ingredients:
- flour - 160 grams;
- eggs - 3 things;
- s alt - half a teaspoon;
- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
- pinch of ground black pepper;
- sausages - 300 grams;
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- cheese - one hundred grams.
Take a deep bowl, beat eggs in it, gradually adding baking powder, mayonnaise and flour. Then this mass should be peppered and s alted. When all the ingredients are mixed, it remains to beat everything well with a mixer.
We take the cheese and grate it, preferably a large one. Sausages cut into circles (small). Add everything to the dough.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. When the desired temperature is reached, in an oiledpour the resulting dough into a baking sheet and set to bake. In about forty minutes our cheese and sausage pie will be ready.
This recipe is very simple. The baked goods are very tasty. Our sausage and cheese pie is designed for 12 servings.
Next, move on to the next recipe - cheese and ham pie. We will prepare this delicacy from puff pastry. This bread is very tender and delicious. For her, we need the following ingredients:
- ham - 400 grams;
- puff pastry - 1 pack;
- hard cheese - 200 grams;
- sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;
- one egg;
- sesame seeds (sprinkle on top of the pie).
Cheese and ham should be cut into thin large slices. Separately, mix the egg with sour cream, whisking a little with a spoon or fork. Take a sheet of baking paper, sprinkle it with flour. On it we roll out and spread a ribbon of puff pastry wide. On one half, lay out slices of ham and cheese (two layers of each ingredient alternately).
On top of the cheese, gradually pour three-fourths of the egg-sour cream mass. One quarter of this mass is left for greasing the cake on top. Then we cover the pie with the free edges of the dough, pinching the resulting seams. Using a silicone brush, brush the cake with the remaining mixture of sour cream and eggs, and you can also sprinkle it with sesame seeds. To prevent the top of the pie from swelling too much during cooking, pierce it a couple of times with a fork or make small holes with a knife. Together with papertransfer the cake to a baking sheet. We bake it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Let the finished dish cool down a little, then cut into pieces.
Sometimes there is sausage in the refrigerator. It seems a pity to throw it away, and you don’t want to eat it. In this case, you can bake a pie with cheese and sausage. So, we need:
- kefir - one glass;
- flour - one glass;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- soda - teaspoon;
- sausage - 200 grams;
- mayonnaise - 100 grams;
- cheese - one hundred grams;
- bow - 2 things;
- spices - to taste.
Peel and cut the onion, then fry it. Finely chop the sausage, three cheese on a grater. We mix eggs, soda and kefir with spices and flour, adding sausage, cheese and onions. Now pour this mass into a greased baking sheet, put everything in a preheated oven. Our pastry takes about half an hour to prepare. A couple of minutes before readiness, our creativity is smeared with mayonnaise on top.
