To begin with, mix sugar with vanilla sugar, then grind with butter, which has softened at room temperature. Then mix this mass with the egg. Mix flour with baking powder too. We mix this mass with grated sugar and butter, knead the dough. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, and put the dough into it, making small sides.
The filling of blueberries for the pie, as well as cottage cheese, is prepared as follows. First, separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the latter by adding sugar. We put cottage cheese in this mixture, after passing it through a sieve. We mix all this thoroughly. Then add starch. Beat the whites, preferably with a mixer, with the addition of a pinch of s alt. Pour these proteins into the mass with cottage cheese and mix gently.
Cottage cheese filling, leveling, cover the dough. Beat the berries in a blender, adding a tablespoon of sugar. And put the blueberries on top of the curd mass.

- Starch - 1.5 tbsp
To make dough for the dough, add yeast to warm water, let it stand for five minutes to swell and dissolve. Then you need to add sugar and flour so that the dough turns out to be liquid, but does not drain from the spoon. Let the dough stand for ten minutes and, having covered it with a film or a lid, leave it to wander for two to three hours.
Meanwhile for the main batch, take sugar, eggs, butter, s alt, milk and mix together. Combine the muffin with the dough. Adding more flour, knead the dough. Then you should put it in a saucepan, cover and let stand until it increases in volume.
Divide the finished dough in half: one half will go to decorate, the other - to the base of the pie. Roll it out to the size of your pre-lined baking sheet and place on it.
Next, you need to make a side of the cake, for example, braid a pigtail. Blurring the edgesbases with an egg mixed with water, glue the pigtail around the perimeter. Roll out the remaining dough for decoration and cut into strips of 1.5 cm, on each of which we make notches. And for flowers, cut out two circles with a glass.
Brush the top of the pie with an egg and put in the oven at 200 degrees for ten minutes.
While the dough is in the oven, prepare the filling. Grind sugar with blueberries and add starch. Then mix curd and sugar. We take out the dough from the oven and quickly lay out the filling, as well as the decor. We grease everything with an egg and put it in the oven again until it is completely cooked.
