- 30g butter;

- 1 bouillon cube;
- half of a large onion;
- half a cup of chopped celery;
- 2potatoes;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 2, 5 cups of milk;
- 4 tbsp. l. sifted flour;
- spices, s alt, black pepper - to taste;
- 700 g pangasius fish (can be replaced with catfish);
- 1 cup grated cheese.
Cooking soup
Total cooking time will take approximately 45 minutes.
First, melt the butter at the bottom of the pan, cook the onion for 5 minutes until it softens. Pour in water, add the bouillon cube, chopped celery, potatoes and carrots (cubed). Cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables soften.
Mix half of the milk and flour in a small bowl, then add gradually, stirring constantly, into the pan.
Introduce the rest of the milk, s alt, spices, spices into the pan. Stirring constantly, cook for about ten minutes until thick.

Such cutlets, of course, can be made with any other type of fish, but the beauty of pangasius is that you can simply boil it and easily separate the meat from the bone. If you pour more vegetable oil into the pan during cooking, the products are especially crispy.
Based on 8 pieces you will need:
- half a kilo of pangasius fillet;
- 1 spoon mild mustard;
- 1 onion;
- 1 spoon of mayonnaise;
- half a spoonful of spices or fish seasoning;
- 3 cups crumbled crackers;
- 1 cup sunflower oil for frying;
- 1 chicken egg.
Cooking method
Total cooking time will take about 45 minutes.
Fill the fish in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the pangasius separates with a fork. Drain the water, crush the fish with a fork. Add mustard, chopped onion, breading, seasoning, mayonnaise, egg. Mix everything well.

- half a kilo of onions;

Cooking pangasius in foil step by step
