First, melt the butter at the bottom of the pan, cook the onion for 5 minutes until it softens. Pour in water, add the bouillon cube, chopped celery, potatoes and carrots (cubed). Cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables soften.

Mix half of the milk and flour in a small bowl, then add gradually, stirring constantly, into the pan.

  • 1 cup sunflower oil for frying;
  • 1 chicken egg.
