Start cooking:

Horseradish salad
This recipe from homemade Russian cuisine will be useful to any housewife:
- We take cabbage, horseradish root, water, s alt, sugar and table vinegar.
- Shape the whole head of leaves and boil them for five minutes in s alted water.
- We use the same marinade as in previous recipes.
- Cool the leaves and cut them into strips about 6 centimeters wide.

Cauliflower with rice for the winter
Very satisfying and nutritious preparation is obtained by adding long-grain rice to vegetables. It is prepared like this:
- 1, 5 kilograms of cauliflower sorted and boiled for three minutes.
- 250 grams of rice washed several times and cooked until half cooked, drain the water.
- 500 g of grated carrots fry in sunflower oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom (you canuse cauldron).
- 1, 5 kilograms of tomatoes grind through a meat grinder with bell peppers peeled from seeds and partitions and put to carrots.
