  • Large onion - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 pack
  • Sunflower refined deodorized oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Any milk - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Coarsely ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Heat the milk to 40 degrees.
  • Pour sugar and yeast into it.
  • Leave the yeast to react with milk and sugar for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, s alt and baking powder.
  • Add dry ingredients to milk mixture and beat in egg.
  • Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands, has a thick but not clogged consistency.
  • Let the dough rest in a draught-free place for 40 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.
  • Knead again.
  • Place the batter into the tin, spreading it in a fairly thin layer, while raising the sides 2 cm (if you don't have a round tin, use a frying pan with a metal handle).
  • Put the canned fish into a bowl along with the liquid and mash with a fork until minced.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and saute the onion in it until golden brown.
  • Mix onions with canned fish and black pepper.
  • Put the filling on the pie and brush it on top with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  • Beat the egg and milk and brush the pie (both the dough and the filling) with this mass.
  • Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (you can check the readiness of the dough by piercing it with a match or a toothpick, if the match is dry, the dough is ready).

  • Puff pastry - 0.5 kg.
  • Fish 0.5 kg (it is advisable to take the one that does not contain very many bones, but forin the absence of one, any other will do).
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs
  • Big onion - 1 pc
  • Raw egg - 1 pc
  • Lemon pepper - 1 tsp. (optional).
  • Cooking s alt - to taste.
  • Coarse black pepper - to taste.
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop or grind fish in a meat grinder, cleaned of bones, skin and entrails.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes.
  • Sweat the onion cubes until they turn golden brown, add them to the minced fish.
  • Fry everything on intense fire (you need to stir constantly).
  • Cut finely boiled eggs and add to the fish with onions.
  • We also send mayonnaise, s alt and spices there (if you want to save money, you can take 300 g of fish and 200 g of boiled rice).
  • Mix the stuffing well.
  • Lay the puff pastry so that a quarter of one sheet lies on the second.
  • In the middle, lay out the filling in a strip so that the width of the strips of free dough on one side and the other is equal to the width of the filling.
  • Cut the free parts across, about 5 mm short of the filling, into 2 cm strips.
