This dish is also quick and easy to prepare. For cooking, it is better to take 400 g of pulp (neck or shoulder blade). Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, and when it is hot, put the pork in it. Fry until lightly browned.

While meat is cooking, thoroughly rinse 1.5 tbsp. rice. Pour it into an empty saucepan and pour 4 tbsp. water. S alt to taste and cook until the cereal is cooked. Now cut 3-4 onions into half rings and add to the pork.

The meat is fried for a long time, and you will have time to prepare the rest of the vegetables. Cut the carrots into small cubes, and the onion into half rings. You can also chop peppers, tomatoes and, if the season permits, eggplant. Take a small piece of fresh ginger and grate it.

When the meat is fried, add the onion to it and fry for 15 minutes. Then put the carrots here. Mix thoroughly and fry until the vegetables are soft.
