Practical part
- Where do we start? We take black pasta, send it to a pot of boiling s alted water. The recommended cooking time is 10 minutes (detects after the liquid boils again). Then we turn off the fire. Carefully drain the water from the pot. And we shift the pasta into a colander. Be sure to rinse with cold water.
- Peeled garlic cloves are passed through a special press. Put the resulting mass into a pan. Fry using olive oil. There we also send shrimp and mussels in a purified form. S alt. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. Fry all these ingredients for 5 minutes. Don't forget to stir with a spatula. At the end of the frying process, pour a little white wine into the pan. We mix. Simmer seafood with garlic until the wine has completely evaporated.
- Now let's make the sauce. Put chopped basil in a bowl (1-2 bunches). Add olive oil and seasoning "cardamom" in the right amount.
- The black pasta we cooked earlier is placed on a large flat plate. We put seafood fried with garlic on them. And the whole "picture" is completed by a fragrant sauce based on olive oil. Cherry tomatoes (whole fruits or halves) are suitable for decorating the dish. Bon appetit everyone!

Required ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs + 2 yolks;
- 1 teaspoon cuttlefish ink;
- flour (grade is not important) - 300 g;
- s alt - no more than one pinch.
Cooking process
Step number 1. Sift the flour directly onto the table. S alt. Make a well in the center of the flour heap. Break two eggs into it. We also add a couple of yolks. We introduce cuttlefish ink into the egg mixture.
Step number 2. Take the fork. Let's start the process of beating eggs with ink.
Step number 3. Now manually knead the dough. If the mass sticks to the palms, then you can add more flour. We give the finished dough the shape of a ball. We put it on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. We get it in about 1-1.5 hours.
Step number 4. Let's start rolling out the dough. It is best to use a special device for making homemade noodles for this.
Step number 5. Cut the well-rolled layers of dough into thin strips. We got black pasta. They should lie down on the table for at least half an hour, sprinkled with flour. Then you can boil them.

Cooking instructions:
Let's start with the main ingredient. This is black pasta. Boil them over medium heat. This will take 10-15 minutes.
Cut garlic cloves with a knife. We send it to a heated pan. Fry for 3 minutes using refined oil.
Add the chopped salmon fillet to the garlic pan. We fry for another 5 minutes. We put the next component - a sea cocktail. With the lid closed and medium heat, seafood, pieces of fish and garlic should sweat for at least 10 minutes. Then pour the cream into the pan in the right amount. We mix. Cover again. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Everything will be ready in 5 minutes.
Distribute pasta on plates. On them we lay out pieces of salmon, fried with garlic and seafood. As a decoration of the dish, we suggest using grated Parmesan cheese.
