  • 250 grams of rye flour;
  • wheat flour - 200 grams;
  • 280 milliliters of water;
  • two teaspoons of yeast;
  • 1, 5-2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • one teaspoon of s alt;
  • a little (very little) citric acid.
