Ingredients:

1. Korzh:

  • chicken eggs -5 pieces;

  • 50ml milk;

  • two spoons of cocoa and cinnamon;
  • vanillin.

  • gelatin - 10 grams;
  • cream - 400 grams;
  • lemon juice - 100 milligrams;
  • lemon zest;
  • vanilla sugar;
