We will need: dry cottage cheese - 300 grams, 100 grams of cream cheese without vegetable additives, the yolk of one egg, 50 grams of butter (or a spoonful of melted butter).

Chop fresh dill finely. We crush the garlic in a special machine. Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, garlic and dill until smooth. This recipe can be used to make homemade khachapuri or benderiki.
With pickles
Ingredients: 300 grams of cottage cheese, one sweet bell pepper, three medium-sized pickles, ground pepper, s alt, herbs.
Whip cottage cheese in a blender or mixer. Cucumbers cut into small cubes. We chop the greens finely. We crush the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, keeping the structure of cucumbers and herbs (do not beat). Season with s alt and pepper.
With strawberries
Ingredients: a glass of fresh strawberries (or three large spoons of strawberry jam - according to the season) or the same amount of frozen berries, 250 grams of cottage cheese, a large spooncondensed milk, a couple of spoons of sugar.
Mix all products until smooth. Such a curd filling is well suited for making all kinds of pancakes. You can also cook delicious dumplings with it.
Beat the cottage cheese in a mixer, cut the hot peppers and cucumbers into small cubes, finely chop the parsley and a clove of garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, season with s alt and ground pepper.
With red caviar
We will need: a jar of red caviar, 300 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, a large spoonful of butter, herbs, grated nutmeg (on the tip of a knife), s alt.
Chop fresh dill finely. Mix all the ingredients carefully so as not to crush the eggs. Stuff the pancakes with the resulting mixture.
A few tips
- To make the cottage cheese tender, you must first grind it in a bowl with a fork. It's easier if you have a blender: then the fermented milk product will become airy.
- Raisins or other dried fruits used in recipes should be poured with boiling water and allowed to brew and swell.
- Candied fruits, used as an addition to cottage cheese, also need to be slightly steamed and then rubbed finely.
- Curd dough with curd filling can be cooked in the oven in the form of a casserole.
