How the salad is prepared:
- onion and celery thoroughly washed and cut into 2 cm pieces;
- peeled potatoes cut large;

- pour a glass of hot water and, reducing the heat, simmer the vegetables under the lid for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes without the lid;
