  • 300 grams of beef brisket (can be replaced with chicken fillet);

  • four cloves of garlic;
  • 40 ml soy sauce.

Cooking method:

  • Cook beef or chicken broth with a whole head of onion. You should have about 1.5 liters of liquid.
  • While preparing the broth for seaweed soup, take dried kelp and pour hot water over it for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Add soaked seaweed, minced garlic, chopped meat and soy sauce to the prepared broth. If there is not enough s alt, add s alt.
  • Simmer for another 20 minutes.

"Far Eastern" soup is ready. In Korea, it is customary to serve this dish with boiled rice without s alt.

Required products:

  • one 250g can of canned seaweed;
  • medium carrot;
  • three medium-sized potatoes;
  • one onion;
  • 120 grams canned green peas;
  • one chicken egg;
  • sour cream;
  • two liters of meat broth;

Cooking:

  • To make the seaweed soup according to this recipe, first peel the vegetables: carrots, onions and potatoes - and boil the egg.
  • Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Fry the prepared onion and carrot in a little vegetable oil.
  • In boiling brothput the chopped potatoes, cook for 10 minutes, then add the fried vegetables.
  • Drain the canned green peas and seaweed and add them to the broth.
  • Grate the egg on a coarse grater and also throw it into the soup. Mix everything well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • According to your taste, s alt and pepper.

This soup is served hot with sour cream added to the plate.

Fish soup with seaweed

Ingredients:

  • two liters of water;
  • 100 grams of rice;
  • one large potato;
  • medium carrot;
  • one 250g can of canned pink salmon in its own juice;
  • one can of seaweed;
  • vegetable oil, s alt and pepper.

Start cooking:

  • Bring water to a boil, add washed rice and finely chopped potatoes.
  • Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater, fry them in vegetable oil.
  • When the potatoes and rice are cooked, put the fried vegetables into the soup, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mash the canned fish with a fork, drain the water from the seaweed. Add all this to the prepared soup. Cook for 5 more minutes. S alt and pepper to your taste preferences.

This soup is delicious both hot and cold.

Soup "Quick" in a slow cooker

And this soup is even easier to cook than the previous ones.

Products:

  • 400 grams of canned seaweed;
  • one small onion;
  • one medium carrot;
  • three medium potatoes;
  • s alt, pepper;
  • 2 large spoons of sunflower oil;
  • 1.5 liters of water;
  • a pair of bay leaves.

Cooking:

Put a whole onion, chopped potatoes, grated carrots and sea kale into a multicooker bowl. S alt and pepper it all, add bay leaf, oil and cover with water. Turn on the "Steam" mode for 30 minutes. "Quick" soup is ready.
