Before you start cooking, you need to prepare all the products. To do this, boil chicken eggs in water for seven minutes.

Squids must be cleaned from the film, the chitinous ridge and the remains of the viscera must be removed from the inside. Boil them in boiling water with the addition of seasonings, spices and s alt for about two minutes.

Shrimps are also boiled in s alted water for two, three minutes, if they are peeled. If you purchased this seafood in shell, then it is worth spending five minutes to cook. At the same time, it is worth increasing the mass of the product for the salad. In this situation, approximately 600 grams of shrimp will be required.
