- long grain rice, preferably steamed - 1 cup;
- onion - 2 pcs;
- garlic clove;
- lemon - 1pcs;
- s alt, pepper to taste;
- greens;
- mayonnaise;
- soy sauce (optional).
Chop mushrooms with onions, fry in vegetable oil, boil rice and rinse in cold water. Mix mushrooms with onions and rice, add crab sticks, garlic, juice of a whole lemon, dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix everything and garnish with herbs. If you love soy sauce, feel free to add it to your salad.
