- 1 leg (chicken);

- one medium zucchini;
- egg;
- s alt;
- wheat flour - 180 g;
- minced meat - 150g;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- onion head;
- Italian herbs (spices);
- hard cheese - 4 tbsp. l.;
- breadcrumbs.
Grate zucchini, do not drain the liquid, add s alt, egg and baking powder. Gradually add flour, knead the dough and add two tablespoons of cheese to the composition. The structure of the mass should be similar to the consistency of the dough for pancakes. We pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, season with s alt and herbs, knead and beat well. We form meatballs the size of a walnut from minced meat.

Turkish stuffed zucchini
