Required for cooking:
- three pickles;
- 200 grams of cottage cheese (medium fat);
- 70 grams of dill;
- three cloves of garlic;
- 150 ml sour cream;
- 100 ml mayonnaise.
Preparing the sauce
- Prepare all ingredients first. Grate three cucumbers.
- Then mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and herbs (chopped).
- Then add garlic, cucumbers (drain the liquid from them beforehand). Stir. Refrigerate the cucumber sauce before serving.
Greek
This sauce is a great addition to a variety of snacks. It turns out it is gentle, a little spicy.
Required for cooking:
- one long cucumber;
- four cloves of garlic;
- ½ tsp s alt;
- one tablespoon each of lemon juice and olive oil;
- four mint leaves (finely chopped).
Greek sauce preparation process
- First cook the cucumber. Cut it in half, remove the seeds.
- Then cut the cucumber into pieces. Then pour into a colander, sprinkle with s alt. Leave for about thirty minutes. Then put a cucumber in cheesecloth, squeeze out the liquid.
- Then put the cucumber in the blender, add mint, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic. Whisk everything thoroughly.
- After the resulting mass put in a container, add yogurt. Then mix well again. Then put the mixture in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
Tomato and cucumber sauce

- 2.5 kilograms of cucumbers;
- three liters of twisted tomatoes;
- whole head of garlic;
- sugar (about 1.5 cups);

- greens;
- 150 ml vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Cut cucumbers into small cubes. Remove large seeds. In this sauce, they will be superfluous.
- Boil the rolled tomatoes until thick.
- Then add s alt, sugar and oil to the tomato mass. Bring to a boil.
- Put cucumbers in the future sauce. Bring the mass back to a boil.
- Let it boil for fifteen minutes. Add spices, herbs and chopped garlic. Boil the mass for another five minutes.
- Then pour in the essence, mix the sauce, put it in jars (pre-sterilized). Thenscrew on the covers. Then wrap the jars with a blanket.
