- country milk maximum freshness - about 500 ml;
- egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 2 large spoons;
- potato starch - 2 full large spoons;

- instant gelatin - full dessert spoon;
- filtered drinking water - 50 ml;
- coconut shavings - add as desired;
- cocoa powder - take to taste.

Almost all dairypuddings require the use of gelatin. Indeed, it is thanks to this component that the dessert can take the form given to it and retain it until consumption. Thus, the mentioned product must be poured with boiled water and left to swell for 40-55 minutes.
While the gelatin swells, you should start preparing the bulk of the future pudding. To do this, pour about 400 ml of fresh village milk into a small saucepan, and then add fine granulated sugar. Next, vanillin and swollen gelatin should be added to the products. All ingredients must be mixed with a spoon and put on a very low heat. It is desirable to heat them not to a boil, but until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.
After the described steps, potato starch and thoroughly beaten egg yolk should be added to the remaining milk drink. Next, the resulting mass is required to be poured into a saucepan with milk and gelatin in a thin stream. All ingredients must be boiled over low heat for 3 minutes. At the same time, they should be stirred regularly with a spoon.

To make milk puddings not only tasty and tender, but also beautiful, experienced chefs recommend making them using relief forms. They should be slightly greased with vegetable fat, and then poured with the previously prepared mass. After that, the milk dessert must be covered with cling film and put in the refrigerator for two hours.

- instant gelatin - full dessert spoon;
- cocoa powder - 4 full large spoons;
- vanilla sugar - a few pinches (use to taste);
- high-fat thick cream - 2.5 cups.
Cooking method
As in the previous recipe, you should start preparing such a sweet dish with gelatin processing. It must be poured into a faceted glass and pour not very hot boiling water. In this state, the product should be kept for 30 minutes.
While the gelatin swells, combine medium-sized granulated sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder and vanillin in a small saucepan. Next, the ingredients need to pour fresh rusticmilk and heavy cream. After mixing all the ingredients, they need to be put on the stove and slowly brought to a boil.
To make the milk pudding for children even more tasty and fragrant, the hot base must be removed from the stove after three minutes of boiling, and then chopped chocolate should be added to it. Also, pour vanillin into the saucepan and mix all the products until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
We form the dessert and serve it to the table
