For cooking, we use the red bean lobio recipe. Preparation of beans begins long before they are cooked. First we must sort out the beans, separate the spoiled or wormy ones. There may be small pebbles and bits of dirt in the beans. We also remove them. Next, we wash the red beans well and pour them into a large saucepan. Fill with cold water, the amount of which should be twice the amount of beans, and leave to soak for about eight to nine hours. It is best to do this at night.

Then put the swollen and enlarged red beans into another pot with a thick bottom, pour cold water and put the pot on the fire. We lower the bay leaves into the pan and cook over medium heat for an hour and a half until fully cooked. It should become soft. Throw the red beans into a colander to drain all the water.

Separate the onion from the husk and chop in half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and send the onion to the frying pan. Stirring constantly, sauté the onion until browned. Washed under the tap bunch of cilantro to shake off the water and chop. Garlic cloves are also peeled and pressed through the garlic.
