Probka is a stylish restaurant with a simple name. It is owned by the well-known host of the Hell's Kitchen program Aram Mnatsakanov.

Inside the Probka restaurant on Tsvetnoy Boulevard (reviews about it are contradictory, but most are still positive) is a narrow hall located along large windows. Near the main entrance there is a small bar counter, which allows you to just stop by for a minute and enjoy a glass of chic wine. By the way, the wine list was compiled personally by Aram. The restaurateur "Probki" brings some rare specimens of wine personally from his trips around the world, which he makes with enviable regularity.

Interior design was done by a whole team of specialists in this field. The process was led by Albina Nazimova. The basic principle of design is nothing to hide, no overabundance of modern technologies. Everything is strict, clear, but nevertheless very elegant and, no doubt, tasteful.

The hall is designed for 110 seats, the total area is about 470 m2. A summer terrace was also opened.

The walls of the restaurant are decorated with snow-white decorative plates on which eminent guests leave their reviews. Oak tables, which can be seen in the restaurant hall, Aram personally ordered from specialists from Belgium, and the lamp - in the United Kingdom of England.

The chef of the restaurant is Voltaire Bisoffi. The main direction of the menu is Italian cuisine. In particular, here you can try real carpaccio, caprese, risotto and even pizza. Moreover, the last option is presented in largeassortment, from the simplest to the exclusive with black truffles. In addition to classic dishes, the menu also includes exclusive ones, such as octopus in tomato sauce or cheese sweets with a s alty taste and delicate vegetable filling. You will definitely not try this anywhere else. That's why you should visit this place of taste at least once in your life.

Sweet lovers will also be surprised here. Have you tried the traditional chocolate dessert, which is very popular on the island of Capri? Not?
