- a glass of warm water.
Cooking buns
Stir the yeast with warm, but not hot water, add 50 grams of sugar and s alt to them. Add 30 milliliters of oil there and mix thoroughly. Sift flour there and knead the dough. Try to knead the dough well, because the more you knead the yeast dough, the more gluten is released from the flour and the dough will turn out to be more uniform, and the buns were fluffy. Place the container with the dough in a warm place for about an hour to let it rise. Mix three tablespoons of sugar with coconut flakes and a tablespoon of flour. - two tablespoons of white coconut flakes, plus a little more to sprinkle over the finished buns.
How to cook them?
Stir yeast with s alt and sugar. Add powdered cream or milk powder there, and if they are not available, then pour in plain milk (but do not forget to warm it up in advance so that it is slightly warmer than the temperature in the room). Now mix everything so that the yeast dissolves. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and first add half of the total volume. Mix well with the liquid, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again.
Now add coconut shavings to the dough, mix again and leave for ten minutes so that the coconut flavor is absorbed into the dough. Cover the dough with plastic cling film. After 10 minutes, add the remaining half of the flour to the dough and knead until it lags behind the hands and becomes smooth. The dough will be elastic, but not too tight. Put it in a warm oven with the fire turned off so that the dough rises well. If the oven is getting cold, turn on the fire briefly to warm it up again. The dough will rise for about an hour and will become more than the original volume by about two to three times. Punch it down, divide it into three parts and immediately pinch off a small piece to prepare the coating. Each third will make three buns. Divide it into equal pieces and roll them into koloboks. Transfer the buns to a springform pan lined with baking paper. Place in heat for 30-40 minutes so that they rise well. Now pour the remaining tiny piece of dough with warm water and shake. Brush this on the buns and sprinkle the coconut flakes over them. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees in the middle for about half an hour, until the buns are browned. In the oven, they will still rise and be quite airy. Take out the baked buns, cover with a towel. Give them some rest. Now release the yeast-raised coconut buns from the mold and transfer to a cutting board. You can eat them both warm and cold, with cocoa, milk, tea or coffee.

- three cups of premium wheat flour;

- three spoons of tea s alt;
- a teaspoon of yeast;

- coconut chips - 60 grams;
- 100 grams of butter;

Cooking process
