  1. In a saucepan boil a small amount of water.
  2. Put the required amount of unpeeled almonds in the husk into it for exactly 1 minute.
  3. Put the nuts in a colander and rinse them under cold running water.
  4. Place the almonds on a towel and pat dry. At the same time, its peel should be slightly wrinkled.
