The unprecedented pace of human progress and all-round development has led not only to positive results, but also to negative consequences. No one really knows exactly how genetically modified foods should be used so as not to harm human he alth. Meanwhile, many modern studies show that they have a far from positive effect on our body.

After watching TV shows about the dangers of GMOs and reading ominous articles on the Internet, people are starting to abandon modified foods en masse in order to secureyour he alth. However, unfortunately, today it is becoming more and more difficult to find a product that does not contain genetically modified organisms, especially if you shop in markets and supermarkets. There are several types of GMOs, their decoding is freely available, as well as information about the most dangerous products.

For example, not all products labeled "Non-GMO" actually contain modified elements. If you are a lover of chocolate, yogurt, sweets or pastries, take a closer look at the composition. You will be surprised to find substances such as E322 and E951, which are the most GMOs. Their decoding sounds like this: lecithin and aspartame, the latter produces the most dangerous substance formaldehyde, and also releases methanol when heated strongly. The effect of these not-so-good substances on the body can be limited to mild allergies, but in some cases causes seizures, hearing loss, rashes and loss of consciousness.

In order to somehow protect people from eating really dangerous, according to scientists, GMO products, Greenpeace published the official black list of GMO manufacturers, which included such well-known companies as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Lipton, Ferrero, Sprite, Knorr, Milky Way, Twix, Heinz, Danon and even one of the most popular baby food brands HIPP!

However, some people, succumbing to panic, mistake completely harmless products for dangerous GMOs. For example, there is an opinion that soy is extremely harmful, but this is not so. Regular soy contains many he alth benefitstrace elements and vitamins, but about 70% of soybean producers use GMOs. The decoding of the ominous entry "modified starch" only means that it was created chemically, but this does not mean that the manufacturer used GMOs.

Across Europe, GMO products have a special approach: in all stores, a separate sector is allocated for such products, so the buyer knows exactly what he is buying. In Russia, the buyer should be careful, because sometimes a harmless product is very difficult to distinguish from a GMO-containing one. The decoding of the record "vegetable protein" indicates that transgenic soybeans were used in the manufacture of the product. There are many such examples!
