Preparing the filling: cut the chicken into pieces and season with s alt and pepper to taste. In addition to a small amount of broth, you can add a little (1-2 tablespoons) of olive oil for flavor.

The dough is rolled out on the table in the form of a sheet about 3 mm thick.

Then, using a square cutter, cut into squares. Place a filling on each square and pinch the dough at both ends to make it more boat-like.

All "boats" are laid out next to each other in pallets, greased with vegetable and olive oil. The remaining mixture of vegetable and olive oil is distributed in a thin stream over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. The surface of the "boats" should turn pink, in time it takes about 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour over hot broth. Then return to the oven and bake for another 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through with some of the broth.

You can prepare your garlic yogurt during this time. All products are mixed in a suitable vessel until smooth. Keepin the refrigerator until use.

During the heat treatment, the "boats" will absorb most of the broth and become very fragile and tasty. Place them in a deep dish with a portion of the broth in which they were boiled. Each serving is topped with two or three tablespoons of garlic yogurt and served immediately.
