The main thing in this dish is that it is prepared very quickly and without much effort on the part of the hostess.
Festive "Gourmet"
This dish is perfect for a festive table and just as a treat for kids. Agree, our children do not always eat well, say, a cottage cheese casserole served in kindergarten. And to receive the vitamins and minerals contained in the cottage cheese, the children's body is simply obliged. How to be? Of course, the solution would be "Gourmet" with cottage cheese shortcrust pastry, consisting of simple products found in every kitchen.
Ingredients and preparation
To prepare the dough, you will need the following products: two chicken eggs, two hundred grams of cottage cheese, ten tablespoons of sugar, one hundred grams of margarine. "Gourmet", the recipe of which wewe offer, the dough also contains flour - 15 tablespoons, and soda, which will need to be extinguished with table vinegar.
To prepare curd cream, you should take: one hundred ml. milk, two hundred grams of cottage cheese and the same amount of butter, a small dessert spoon of cocoa powder, ten tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanillin (can be replaced with vanilla powdered sugar).
Let's move on to the preparation of dessert. Cottage cheese-shortbread dough is the main thing that our “Lakomka” will consist of. The recipe is simple and fast. First, take margarine and mix it with granulated sugar. Before adding cottage cheese to the total mass, it should be passed through a meat grinder or chopped thoroughly with a fork. After these manipulations, we combine the curd mass with eggs, flour and margarine. It is better to beat the dough with a mixer to avoid the appearance of unpleasant and tasteless lumps later.
The resulting dough will need to be divided into three or four parts. “Gourmet” cottage cheese, the recipe of which we describe, requires a thinly rolled dough, so this procedure will have to be given maximum time. Put the rolled pieces of dough on a greased baking sheet and bake for ten minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
While the cakes are baking, you can start preparing the filling. Lush and airy cream is the basis for the Lakomka dessert. The recipe will require the use of a kitchen helper such as a mixer. Beat butter, cottage cheese and vanilla sugar. Next, you need to add heatedmilk on the stove.
The last step will be "gluing" our blanks. We put curd cream on one cake, close it with another cake. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and the crumbs left over from the dough. The resulting cakes can be cut into triangles, squares, or turn on fantasy and build unusual shapes, cut out animals, etc.
Simplified "Gourmet"
If there is a minimum of cooking time or the first recipe seems difficult to prepare, then use the simplified version.
For cooking you will need: a kilogram of cottage cheese, a pound of margarine, 100 grams of raisins, a pound of flour, two hundred grams of granulated sugar and one egg.
Cooking process
Cottage cheese must be mixed with softened margarine with a fork. Later, we attach a mixer to the process and begin to beat the mass, gradually adding the egg and flour. The resulting mass is not divided into parts, but rolled out with one continuous sheet. From it we cut out circles, squares. You can use cookie cutters. On top of the dough we place (pressing) a few raisins.
The oven for this recipe is heated to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, baking paper, or grease it with oil. We put the curd "cookies" there for fifteen minutes. Gourmand is ready.
