To make strawberry pie we need:

  • kefir - about one glass;
  • a glass of cane or regular sugar;
  • 2 eggs if large or 3 if small;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • 500 g flour;
  • strawberries, preferably fresh, about 500g

To begin with, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat into a fluffy foam. Next, mix the egg yolks with kefir, then add sugar and a little water there. We mix everything thoroughly. After laying in the resulting mixture pre-whipped egg whites, flour and knead the dough. Flour should be added gradually to avoid lumps.

Then you need to grease the baking dish with butter (you can cook a pie in a slow cooker, but for this you need to divide the strawberries into two parts and cook not one pie, but two, as strawberries can give too much juice). Put half of the dough into the form, then put strawberries on it and cover with a second layer of dough.

Put in a preheated oven to about 180 degrees and bake for half an hour. The readiness of the cake can be determined with a stick - if the cake is ready, the stick will remain dry.

Ingredients:

  • powdered sugar;
  • eggs - three pieces;
  • sour cream - one spoon;
  • cottage cheese - one pack;
  • mint - optional;
  • sugar - half a tablespoon;
  • s alt;
  • soda;
  • vanilla sugar;
  • strawberries - approximately 500 g;
  • flour - 450 g;
  • butter.

At the very beginning of cooking, you need to beat the eggs with sugar, then add a little cottage cheese, soda and vanilla sugar and mix everything thoroughly. And leave to stand for about 10 minutes.

As soon as the curd mixture is covered with bubbles, you need to add flour. Then we knead the dough, roll it into a tourniquet, cut the tourniquet into small pieces and roll it into circles. In the middle of the mug, lay out the strawberries, previously rolled in powdered sugar, and connect the edges. Then the dumplings should be dipped in oil.

Steam dumplings with strawberries need about 10 minutes.
