Unlike the original cooking method, lazy whites are made much faster and easier. Today, there are many different recipes that involve the use of not only a meat ingredient as a filling, but also sausages. To understand exactly how such a dish is prepared, consider several ways to create it.
How to make quick whites or lazy pies?
To prepare such high-calorie products, we need the following products:
- fresh fat milk or regular drinking water - 350 ml;
- sifted white flour - from 450 g;
- granulated sugar - a full large spoon (with a slide);
- fine iodized s alt - ½ dessert spoon;
- medium chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- granulated dry yeast - small spoon;
- refined vegetable oil - from 100 ml (for frying the filling and semi-finished products);
- spices - for filling (add according totaste);
- sweet bulbs - 3 medium heads;
- pork or veal lean - 400 g;
- fresh herbs, namely parsley and dill - several branches each;
- 3 small cloves of garlic
Cooking the base
Lazy whites can be made from any dough. In this recipe, we decided to use a yeast base. After all, it is with her that such products are obtained as soft and lush as possible. Thus, to prepare a sponge, you need to mix half of the warm liquid (milk or ordinary drinking water) with dry yeast, granulated sugar and s alt. It is advisable to leave the resulting mass warm for 10-16 minutes. After the specified time has passed, it is necessary to pour the second part of milk or water, beaten eggs into the base, and also pour the sifted white flour. The last ingredient should be added until you have a homogeneous and viscous mass (as for pancakes).
To make lazy whites lush and very tasty, it is recommended to put the finished dough near the batteries and hold it in this position for at least 60 minutes. While the base comes, you can safely start preparing the filling.
Preparing the meat filling
Yeast-based lazy whites are best made with lean pork or veal. To do this, the acquired meat ingredient must be washed, cleaned of various veins, and then finely chopped with a knife. Next, the product should be put in a saucepan along with chopped onions and fry forvegetable oil seasoned with s alt and pepper. During this heat treatment, the meat should be completely cooked, so it can be pre-stewed under a closed lid.
Frying products in a pan
After the yeast dough reaches the desired consistency, put the fried meat, fresh chopped herbs, grated garlic cloves into it and mix everything thoroughly. Next, you need to put the stewpan on a strong fire, pour oil into it and heat it up as much as possible (so that a light smoke comes out). After that, it is required to lay out several products in a hot dish (using a spoon) and fry them on both sides, similarly to pancakes.
Proper serving for dinner
Fried lazy belyashi (a step-by-step recipe was presented above) should be put hot on a plate and served with sweet tea. In addition to such delicious and lush products, it is recommended to present tomato sauce or spicy ketchup.
How to cook lazy belyashi on kefir without meat?
Such products are no less tasty than the previous lazy pies. Moreover, cooking the presented belyashi is much easier and faster. After all, they are made on the basis of kefir dough, which there is no need to keep warm for an hour.
So, to create the products presented, we need the following products:
- thick low fat kefir - 2 faceted glasses;
- large chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- dining soda withoutpre-slaking - 1 dessert spoon;
- small table s alt - ½ small spoon;
- sifted wheat flour - 1, 4 cups;
- granulated sugar - 2/3 dessert spoon;
- flavored boiled sausage - 300 g;
- white bulbs - 2 pcs;
- refined vegetable oil - for frying onions and products.
Dough kneading process
Lazy whites without meat are fried in a pan according to the same principle as the previous products. But before proceeding with their heat treatment, you should mix the kefir base well. To do this, you need to take a warm sour-milk drink and extinguish table soda in it. Next, you need to beat the chicken eggs separately and put them in kefir along with fine table s alt, granulated sugar, and sifted white flour. As a result, you should get a sticky dough (like for pancakes).
Cooking fragrant stuffing
Instead of meat and minced meat, the presented recipe recommends using boiled sausage. It must be cut into very thin straws or small cubes. It is also desirable to add onions to the filling. To do this, the heads should be chopped and fried in vegetable oil until transparent and golden brown. Next, both components need to be mixed and proceed to the direct preparation of products.
Heat treatment
Before frying lazy whites with sausage, you need to take a deep frying pan, pour a little oil into it and heat until smoke appears. Next, put a large spoonful of kefir base into the bowl, smooth it slightly, place the filling in the middle part and cover with a similar layer of dough. After the bottom side of the whites is fried, and the top is slightly dry, the product must be turned over with a spatula and cooked in the same way.
How to properly present delicious pies to the table?
