Let's start with the simplest and most affordable way to get acquainted with caviar oil recipes. If you often buy s alted herring or cook it yourself, then be sure to set aside the ingredient we need. It will make excellent butter for a sandwich. For cooking you will need:

  • s alted caviar of two herrings;
  • 150g butter;
  • 100g processedcheese;
  • lemon;
  • 0.5 tsp lemon pepper.

Change the amount of ingredients depending on the amount of caviar, as well as based on your taste preferences. In addition to these ingredients, you can diversify your homemade butter with herbs, other spices and seasonings.

The butter should first be softened at room temperature. This way it blends better in the blender. Therefore, it is recommended to take the product out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before the start of cooking.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Free the caviar from the eggs (bags). Transfer it and the oil mass to one bowl, mix the ingredients thoroughly together. Use a fork for this.

Soften the butter by leaving it for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Then put it in a blender, after cutting it into cubes. Pour in a tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir the ingredients until smooth.

Chop red fish fillets into as small pieces as possible. Put them in oil. It is not recommended to take too much fillet, because it should not overshadow the taste of caviar, but only emphasize it. Put the caviar, then mix everything together with the fish again. Transfer the mass to a container, close the lid and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.

You can serve this caviar oil by spreading it on a slice of fresh loaf, decorating the sandwich with a circle of tomato, olives and herbs.

How to make caviar oil from fresh caviar?

There is another good way to cook. If you have an impressive amount of caviar, we will tell you how to cook it wisely.

Rinse the product carefully under running water in a calico, remove the films. Then prepare brine - a concentrated saline solution. Optionally, you can add various spices to it - pepper, bay leaf, etc. Forsolution is better to use coarse s alt - it is much tastier.

Put the caviar in a bowl and pour over the brine. Leave it in the refrigerator for a day. During this time, it will be well s alted.

Caviar again strain through a sieve. Do not rush to pour out the solution, as there are many useful elements left in it. Pour the brine into a saucepan and heat over a steam bath or over very low heat. In this case, you can add a little vegetable oil to the solution.

From the brine during cooking, a coarse-grained slurry is obtained. Take it off the heat and grind it in a blender. Add pieces of soft butter, dry finely chopped dill to the mass. Mix the ingredients in a blender.

Add s alted caviar to the oil mass and mix by hand, evenly distributing the eggs throughout the mass.

Arrange the finished caviar oil in jars. Allow the oil, heated from intense stirring, to solidify again.
