And just by such people, in order to save time and energy, the ideas of creating salads from three ingredients were invented and implemented, which, despite their simplicity, turn out to be very tasty and he althy.
Juicy salad
To make a three-ingredient dish that doesn't even need to be seasoned separately, you'll need:
- fennel tuber;
- orange;
- medium red sweet onion.
It will take you only 10-15 minutes to create such a salad, after which you will get a delicious dish that is extremely he althy. To prepare it, first of all, we clean and wash the vegetables, just wash the orange well, but do not peel it, and then cut it all into thin quarters. Next, we take a thick-bottomed frying pan, fry the fennel tuber there and then simply combine all the components, stirring them regularly in the pan. - 200 grams chicken fillet;
- beets;
- 5 pickled gherkins.
First of all, you need to cook beets and chicken, of course, in different pots. Next, cool the meat and cut into medium-sized cubes, cut the gherkins into small cubes and cut the peeled beets into large cubes. Then we combine these components in a salad bowl, mix and season the dish with any dressing of your choice - even mayonnaise, even vegetable oil, and also s alt and pepper to taste.

- 500 grams of cabbage;

After that, we clean and cut the onion into quarters, and cut the crab sticks into thin circles. Then it remains just to combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season them with mayonnaise, s alt to taste, mix, let it brewtake a few minutes and you'll be done.
Hearty Salad
In the fall, when the time for eggplant comes, if you don’t have free time to prepare a hearty meal, you can use the recipe for the simplest and most delicious blue salad. To make it, we need:
- 4 eggplant;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 2 medium bulbs.
First of all, wash and cut the eggplants into strips, sprinkle them with s alt and put them aside so that bitterness drains from them. Then we clean the onion, cut it into thin half rings and pour the marinade prepared from a tablespoon of sugar, four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and seven tablespoons of boiling water. While the onions are marinating, fry the eggplants in a thick-bottomed frying pan, and at the same time boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Next, the eggplants are set aside to cool, the eggs are cut into cubes, the marinade is drained from the onions and all three ingredients are combined in a salad bowl, s alted and seasoned with mayonnaise.
Puff Mushroom Salad
Among the three-component dishes, there are even those that can be cooked not only on a weekday, but also served on a festive table. One of these dishes is a salad with mushrooms and meat, the recipe of which will please even a true gourmet. It contains ingredients such as:
- 400 grams of pickled mushrooms;
- 400 grams of pork;
- 150 grams of cheese.
To prepare such a dish, the first thing you need to do is boil the pork in a lightlys alted water so that the meat is completely cooked. Then, while the meat is cooling, the cheese should be grated on a coarse grater, and the mushrooms should be cut into cubes. Next, cut the meat into thin slices, and then collect the salad in a salad bowl, smearing each layer of the dish with mayonnaise. And the first layer will go with us mushrooms, the second - meat, and the third - grated cheese. If desired, the salad can be topped with chopped herbs.
Valmiera salad
Among the dishes of Latvian cuisine there is one wonderful salad of three ingredients, which bears the sonorous name "Valmiera". It is prepared very simply, but saturates just great. To create it, you need components such as:
- 3 eggs;
- 3 small pickled cucumbers;
- 100 grams of hard cheese.
All you need to do is boil the eggs until hard boiled, and then cut them into cubes along with the cucumbers, while grating the cheese on a coarse grater. After that, it remains only to mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season the dish with mayonnaise and ketchup in equal amounts.

If you have a jar of pickled chanterelles at home, then you can make a simple and delicious three-ingredient mushroom salad that will appeal to both children and adults. To create it you will need:
- 300 grams of mushrooms;
- 3-4 stalks of green onions (can be replaced with regular onions);
- 2 medium sized fresh cucumbers.
First thingyou need to prepare mushrooms and vegetables. Drain the brine from the pickled mushrooms, and wash the onions and cucumbers well. After that, we cut the mushrooms into strips, finely chop the onion, and cut the cucumbers into semicircles. Next, we combine all the ingredients together in a salad bowl, s alt the dish to your liking, season with sour cream or vegetable oil, depending on whether you have one or another dressing, mix well, and everything will be ready.
Summer salad
In addition, we must not forget about one very tasty three-ingredient salad, the taste of which can be transferred to childhood with lightning speed. And we need ingredients such as:
- 3 cucumbers;
- 3 tomatoes;
- onion.
Preparing such a dish is easy. You just need to wash the vegetables, and then cut the onion into quarters, cucumbers into half rings, and tomatoes into cubes. After that, the salad needs to be s alted, seasoned with olive or sunflower oil, and the dish can be served at the table. It will shatter just instantly, and it doesn’t matter whether the salad is an independent dish or an addition to a side dish.
