For a complete dinner, it is better to use a different recipe and make pasta baked with minced meat and cheese. The dish turns out to be more high-calorie and quite tasty.

This is a casserole that includes the following initial ingredients: 300 grams of minced meat will require the same amount of pasta, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and semolina, 2 eggs, 280 grams of onion, a little s alt and pepper, 100 grams hard cheese and 15 grams of butter.

To prepare such a dish you need:

  1. Lightly fry the minced meat with chopped onion in a pan, adding a little vegetable oil.
  2. Boil pasta in s alted water. After that, they must be filtered and washed well. Wait until the water drains completely.
  3. Combine minced meat with pasta.
  4. Introduce sour cream, eggs and mix everything.
  5. Put the resulting mass into a mold well smeared with butter.
  6. Sprinkle semolina and grated cheese on top.
  7. Send for baking in the oven for 35-40 minutes. The air temperature inside must be at least 180 degrees.

The finished casserole will only need to be cut into pieces and served in portioned plates, garnished with fresh herbs.
