Required products:

  • 100 gram serving of butter;
  • raisins - one handful is enough;
  • two sweet and sour apples (medium in size, it is advisable to choose varieties "Semerenko" or "Golden");
  • take a glass of flour, semolina and kefir (3.2% fat);
  • baking powder - no more than 1 tsp;
  • white sugar - ¾ cup;
  • two eggs;
  • ¼ tsp each vanillin and 1/3 tsp. s alt.

Practical part

  1. Where do we start? We lay out all the components on the table, from which we end up with mannik with raisins on kefir.
  2. Take a glass bowl. We put semolina in it. Fill with kefir. We mix. The resulting mass is left alone for 1 hour. Over this period of timethe grits will get wet.

  9. Let's process the raisins. We sort it out, remove debris and ponytails. Rinse under running water. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess liquid.
  10. Apple pieces and raisins are placed in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. If desired, you can add a little cinnamon, liquid honey (no more than 2 tablespoons) or grated zest of ½ part of a lemon.
  11. The dough for the future mannik was successfully prepared by us. Now take out the baking dish. It can be anything - even round, even rectangular.
  12. Carefully spread the dough into the mold. Level the layer with a silicone spatula.

Detailed instructions
