Herring fillet and cucumbers are divided into cubes withusing a knife. Eggs are hard boiled and cooled. Proteins and yolks are ground on a grater separately from each other. The same is done with cheese, radishes. Greens should be chopped. The ingredients needed for the dressing should be mixed and ground.
Products for the Polish salad are placed in a bowl in layers in the following sequence:
- Proteins.
- Pieces of cucumbers.
- Fish fillet.
