Dough
Let's start cooking donuts with sour milk. Take a large deep bowl, pour sour milk into it. Break an egg into it, add a pinch of s alt, sugar and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. All ingredients must be whipped until smooth. Mix flour and soda, sift into a bowl and knead the dough. Use the spoon first, then knead with your hands.
The dough should be soft, elastic, not sticky. Wrap it in a bag or cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.
When the dough is ready, dust the table with flour and roll out a ball into a long layer, but do not make it too thick, otherwise the donuts may not fry inside.
Take a mug and a glass or other tools that will be convenient for you to cut donuts. The width of a donut in sour milk should be no more than a centimeter so that the product rises well and is perfectly fried.
