- 0.5 kg smoked sausages;
- 1 tbsp spoonful of vinegar;
- 300g white cabbage;
- potatoes and onions - 4 each;
- a couple of garlic cloves;
- a glass of beef broth;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste;
- s alt and pepper;
- dill;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking process
In a large saucepan, vegetable oil is heated, in which the chopped onion is fried. As soon as it is browned, you can add sausages cut into circles. Literally five minutes later, two liters of water are poured into the pan, potato cubes and chopped cabbage are immediately placed. After another quarter of an hour, tomato paste diluted in beef broth, chopped garlic, s alt and spices are added to the boiling soup. At the final stage, the right amount of vinegar is poured into the dish. And then the fire is turned off. Before serving, the soup is poured into bowls and sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Roast
This is one of the easiest recipes fromsausages (see photo below). It can be used to cook a tasty and hearty roast, ideal for a family dinner, relatively quickly. Before starting the culinary process, we lay out the necessary ingredients in front of us, namely:
- 300g sausages;
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- 800g potatoes;
- two onions;
- 85g bacon;
- lean oil.
Practical part
Bacon is cut into slices, fried together with slices of sausages in a small amount of heated vegetable oil. Then all this is laid out on a clean plate. And slices of potatoes boiled until half cooked, chopped onions and slices of tomatoes are sent to the vacated frying pan. Vegetables are seasoned with spices, s alted and fried for seven minutes. At the final stage, bacon and sausages are sent to an almost ready dish. The roast is sprinkled with chopped herbs, mixed and removed from the burner.
Potato casserole
Introducing another one of the most satisfying and delicious sausage dishes. The recipe for its preparation is simple in execution. It does not require specific culinary skills. All you need is a bit of patience and a simple set of ingredients, which includes:
- 100g hard cheese;
- two eggs;
- potatoes - 5 pcs.;

- green onions;
- s alt and seasonings.
Cooking instructions:
- The potatoes are peeled, boiled in s alted water, cooled and grated on a coarse grater.
- Whipped raw eggs and spices are added to the product prepared in this way.
- All this is mixed and laid out in a heat-resistant container, greased with any fat.
- Slices of sausages and grated cheese are spread on top.
- The dish is baked at 180°C for no longer than a quarter of an hour.

- half a kilo of small vermicelli;
- 5 sausages;
- three eggs;
- 400 grams of hard cheese;
- spices, s alt;
- lean oil.
First you need to do the vermicelli. It is boiled in s alted water, washed thoroughly and thrown into a colander. As soon as the remaining liquid drains from the vermicelli, it is combined with beaten eggs, s alt and spices. Pre-boiled and sliced sausages are also added there. Everything is thoroughly mixed and laid out in a heat-resistant container, greased with oil. The dish is baked at a temperature of 180 ° C. Pie with sausages and cheese
