Cooking
Pour spices into the bottom of the jar - bay leaf, peas, cilantro. Garlic is peeled, washed and placed on the bottom of the jar. Next, lay the cucumbers very tightly and closely to each other. Pepper cut in half lengthwise and placed between cucumbers.
Pour the vegetables in a jar with boiling water. Cover with a lid and let stand for 15-17 minutes. After that, pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil again. Pour boiling water back into the jar, add s alt and sugar, add vinegar. We take the cover and tighten the thread tightly.
Put the jar upside down and cover with a warm blanket. It will be possible to take out in a day. And it is advisable to open and eat not earlier than in a couple of weeks.
Strawberry jam
What should be prepared:
- Strawberry selected - 1 kg.
- Sugar (sand) - better cane - 1 kg.
- Glass jars with screw cap 0.5 l – 3 pcs
Cooking
In the evening, put strawberries in a non-stick bowl with sugar and let stand overnight. In the morning, put the bowl over medium heat and bring to a boil. After 3 minutes of boiling over medium heat (do not forget to stir), turn off and postpone the continuation of manipulations until the evening.
In the evening put it back on the fire and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off andleave until morning.
In the morning we carry out the boiling procedure for the third and final time and pour the boiled jam into jars.
