How to make waffles
A crispy dessert is baked from a batter that includes eggs, sugar, butter and flour. An important stage of preparation is the formation of a homogeneous mass from composite products. The amount of dough used per serving determines how long each waffle will bake. On average, one product takes two minutes. If baking is the basis for future cookies - tubules, then it must be rolled up immediately after cooking. Otherwise, it will quickly cool down, becoming brittle and crumbly.

For the test:
- butter (margarine) - 180 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 120 g;
- flour - 225g
For stuffing:
2/3 cans of boiled condensed milk
Cooking:
- Chop the butter (margarine) into small pieces and melt over very low heat or a water bath.
- Combine with sugar.
- Slowly, stirring constantly, add flour, previously sifted several times.
- Introduce the eggs, after which the dough should be slightly beaten. As a result, a liquid homogeneous mass should form.
- Measure the right amount of dough with a tablespoon and pour onto a preheated waffle iron.
- Bake the product for about two minutes, periodically checking its condition.
- Place the finished cookies on baking paper and immediately roll into a tube shape. Many people use a regular pencil covered with several layers of foil for this purpose.
- After cooling, fill the blank with condensed milk using a cornet or a confectionery syringe.
About 15 pieces of delicious crispy waffles come out of the indicated quantity of products.

Let's consider another version of this fragile dessert. Now we use gentle airy cream as a filler.
Dough:
- 3 eggs;
- 120 g butter;
- 120gsugar;
- 350 ml milk;
- 130g flour;
- 35 g starch.
To begin with, beat the sugar with softened butter into a homogeneous airy mass. Next, without stopping whipping, add the yolks and dry ingredients to the dough. The last step is to add milk. Pour some of the dough onto a well-heated waffle iron and, covering the wings, bake for 2-3 minutes. We move the finished waffle with a spatula to a convenient surface, for which you can use an ordinary paper napkin. We immediately give the resulting layer the shape of a tube.
Filling:
- 300 g cream with fat content from 30%;
- Powdered sugar - to taste.
Whip the chilled cream with a mixer at minimum speed, gradually increasing the power. At the stage of soft peaks, add powdered sugar and beat already to firm peaks. The filling is ready. Fill the cooled and folded wafer layer with an airy creamy mass using a pastry bag or a syringe.
