- To make the mixture more homogeneous, the minced meat can be additionally passed through a meat grinder along with garlic.
- Collect all the ingredients in a deep clean bowl and mix them well.
- Separating small pieces from the total mass with wet hands, roll them into balls.
- Roll the blanks in flour, and then give them the desired shape of a cutlet.
- Place semi-finished products on a baking sheet, pre-oiled. Additionally, it can be lined with paper or foil.
- Send products for 40 minutes in the oven, preheated to approximately 180 degrees.

- Send the food back to the oven for final baking.

Cook these cutlets as follows:
- Add pepper, raw egg, s alt to the prepared minced meat and knead it thoroughly.
- Put mustard with sour cream and continue the process.
- Mushrooms, without washing, finely chop, and then fry them in oil until golden brown.
- Turn the garlic into a pulp using a press and mix it with mayonnaise.
- Chop the cheese using a coarse grater.
- From the cooked minced meat, form flat cutlets and carefully spread them on a baking sheet, leaving a small distance between the blanks. This is necessary so that the products do not stick together during the cooking process.
