To prepare such a fragrant and satisfying dish, you should first boil the offal. It must be completely thawed, and then carefullywash in hot water with a brush. After that, the ingredient should be placed in the multicooker bowl, add s alt, peppercorns, bay leaves, pour boiling water and put in the stew mode for 4-5 hours. The offal is considered fully cooked when the knife inserted into it passes easily and unhindered.

Preparing the filling
You can cook such a roll with any filling. We decided to use the easiest and fastest way. To do this, grate the processed cheeses on a grater, add chopped garlic cloves to them, choppeddill and parsley, as well as s alt, pepper, fragrant spices and mayonnaise.
Dish forming process
To prepare the roll, the cooled offal should be cut so that it takes the form of a leaf. Next, it needs to be placed on a cutting board, grease the inside with the filling and wrap tightly. After that, it is recommended to place the dish in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
How to properly serve?
After the roll hardens, it should be removed from the refrigerator, freed from the bag and carefully cut into portioned pieces up to 1 centimeter thick, which are preferably fried in vegetable oil on both sides.
