should swell and become sticky. To do this, you will need about 100 grams of water. In the meantime, you can start preparing the syrup. Pour any remaining water into the saucepan. Pour sugar in there. All this should be infused for about an hour. The mixture should be further put on the stove and cook for 8-10 minutes. Make medium heat so that the syrup does not burn. Only then will you get a delicious and airy marshmallow. At home, it is quite easy to miss that very cherished moment when sugar syrup must be removed from the stove. Add gelatin to it and beat the mixture with a mixer. Remember to do this only at the lowest speed. Whip for about 10 minutes. After that, citric acid can be added to the container. Beat for another 5 minutes. This is followed by soda and vanillin. Beat the mixture for another 2 minutes. Set the container aside. The marshmallow blank should be allowed to brew for at least 10 minutes.
Take a cutting board and line it with parchment or special wax
